Helping you buy, build or integrate the right software

We don’t sell software, we matchmake you with exactly what you need.

Our approach

We are a ‘nerd herd’, a collection of associates who work together to deliver various projects for a variety of clients, from large public sector to small charities and mission-driven organisations looking to grow.

We’ll start by understanding you and what you need. Where are you now, what’s working well, what isn’t, and where would you like to get to? What’s that ‘magic wand’ scenario, what does gold standard look like?

Meet Andreea

Our founder Andreea is a self-professed geek, leader of a nerd herd with a penchant for caffeine and confectionery.

She lives and breathes software and is obsessed with dogs, but also with how the right tools can transform teams and their day-to-day working world.

Andreea was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial discussion, her wealth of experience and can do attitude shone through... She also brought her own flair and bubbly attitude to the project which was warmly appreciated by all the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Andreea again on future projects and highly recommend her, particularly for her project management skill set.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll do more with what you already have (with our help) - we’ll focus on saving you time, money, effort, hassle and improve efficiency. We can show you this approach with our free health check.

For example, we saved a client over £100,000 for a 3-year subscription by shopping around for them. They got exactly what they needed for a smaller price tag.

No monthly minimum commitment - you can flex us up and down. Unless you particularly WANT us on a retainer, we don’t work like typical contractors do, looking to fill 5 days per week of their time.

You’re our priority - we want you to enjoy working with us, and recommend us to all your many friends and colleagues.

We don’t bullshit you - we’ll never say ‘yes’ when it’s a ‘no’ or even a ‘maybe’.

Plain English at all times, and actionable deliverables (reports, recommendations and so on) - no one likes endless acronyms and jargon. We don’t think it makes us sound smarter.
